All Ages Welcome
Children 5 and under are admitted free with a paid adult.
Doors & Schedule
- 4:30 p.m. – VIP Doors Open & Food Truck Village
- 5:30 p.m. – General Admission Doors Open & Food Truck Village
- 7:00 p.m. – Show Start (Set times are subject to artist discretion)
- Please note: Party weekend includes a broader schedule of bands throughout the day at various venues.
Tickets
- All tickets are general admission.
- VIP tickets include priority stage-front standing room.
Re-Entry
No re-entry to concert grounds, except for emergencies.
Seating Policy
Chairs are permitted but not in front of the stage.
Chairs
Single-seat lawn chairs no higher than 9” from the ground, without attachments.
Small Blankets or Beach Towels
Water Bottles
One empty water bottle per person.
Small Purses
No larger than 4.5” x 6.5”.
Clear Bags
Any larger bag must be clear.
- Weapons (e.g., guns, knives, pepper spray)
- Explosives/Fireworks
- Marijuana, illegal drugs, or THC products
- Outside food and beverages
- Exception: A one-gallon sized clear bag of food is permitted for medical conditions.
- Exception: One clear, sealed, or empty plastic water bottle per person.
- Unauthorized professional audio/video equipment
- Glass containers
- Aerosol cans (including bug spray and sunscreen)
- Umbrellas
- Tents, sunshades, wagons, and strollers
- Large blankets or tarps (must not exceed 3’ x 5’)
- Selfie sticks, laser pointers, drones
- Sporting equipment (e.g., balls, frisbees, skateboards)
- Coolers, fans, and bullhorns/noisemakers
- Hula hoops
Drug & Alcohol Policy
- Must be 21+ with a valid ID to purchase alcohol.
- Beech Mountain Resort has a zero-tolerance policy. All local and state laws are strictly enforced.
Code of Conduct
Behaviors that violate the code of conduct include, but are not limited to:
- Intoxication or impairment resulting in irresponsible behavior.
- Failure to follow instructions from venue staff or comply with venue policies.
- Fighting, taunting, or threatening others.
- Interfering with the event or entering restricted areas.
- Harassment, lewd behavior, or nudity.
- Unauthorized recording or selling of tickets/merchandise.
- Obstructing the view of other patrons.

All Sales Final
- No exchanges or refunds.
- In the event of a cancellation with no rescheduled date, refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method.
