Summer Concert Series Info & FAQ

The main stage for the Beech Mountain Summer Concert Series is nestled right at the foot of the mountain, just above the brewery and ski lift. See the full site map here.

All Ages Welcome
Children 5 and under are admitted free with a paid adult.
Tickets
- All tickets are general admission.
- VIP tickets include priority stage-front standing room.
Re-Entry
No re-entry to concert grounds, except for emergencies.
Seating Policy
Chairs are permitted but not in front of the stage.

Please note: Beech Mountain Resort’s Summer Concerts have very limited on-site parking. Parking is not guaranteed with your ticket, so please plan accordingly.
We Strongly Recommend:
- Using a rideshare service or hiring a local driver
- Staying within walking distance or at lodging with shuttle service
- Taking advantage of our free public transportation and resort shuttles

We offer accessible parking and work hard to be inclusive. However, Beech Mountain’s Terrain includes gravel paths and inclined walkways, which may be difficult for some to navigate.

- First-come, first-served general parking. Fills quickily. If full, refer to other parking options on this map to use free shuttle. No overnight parking permitted.
- Parking Lot 3 – General Parking, Rideshare & Shuttle Drop-off Point.
- Designated area for general parking, approved rideshare drop-off/pick-up, and shuttle access. First-come, first-served.

We are working hard to find transport for patrons staying within town limits of Beech Mountain. Please call our office prior to the concert dates, from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. any day.
Chairs
Collapsible camping chairs are permitted. We recommend chairs no higher than 9 inches off the ground for the best viewing experience, but this is not required. All chairs must be removed from their carrying bags for inspection at entry.
Small Blankets or Beach Towels
Water Bottles
One empty water bottle per person.
Small Purses
No larger than 4.5” x 6.5”.
Clear Bags
Any larger bag must be clear.

Drug & Alcohol Policy
- Must be 21+ with a valid ID to purchase alcohol.
- Beech Mountain Resort has a zero-tolerance policy. All local and state laws are strictly enforced.
Code of Conduct
Behaviors that violate the code of conduct include, but are not limited to:
- Intoxication or impairment resulting in irresponsible behavior.
- Failure to follow instructions from venue staff or comply with venue policies.
- Fighting, taunting, or threatening others.
- Interfering with the event or entering restricted areas.
- Harassment, lewd behavior, or nudity.
- Unauthorized recording or selling of tickets/merchandise.
- Obstructing the view of other patrons.
